THE ROLE As the Strategic Account Executive (SAE), you have a customer-oriented approach and sales expertise that results in increased revenue and profitability. To ensure success, you should have the ability to generate new leads through client relationship management strategies, establish strong client relationships, and provide innovative solutions to meet the client’s needs. You have experience as an extremely high-level individual contributor who also leads the strategic sell approach to winning new business and cultivating existing accounts. You are responsible for leading client engagements, presenting, and providing a consultative sales experience to customers. Strategic Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for achieving revenue targets through the pursuit of new business and growth of existing accounts by generating new opportunities, as well as developing and growing existing account revenue - with a focus on the Exhibit market

Requirements

Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
Five to seven years of strategic consultative / solution-based sales experience
PC proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with Salesforce is required
Outstanding oral and written communication skills both with internal team members and external clients and prospects
Superior business and negotiation skills
Industry contacts
Have a strategic mindset
Must be a self-starter and self-motivated, but with the ability and willingness to take direction and work in close collaboration with colleagues
Ability to travel regularly based on account development needs or strategy

You strategize and formulate plans with your manager and team for how to continue growing revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and recurring business within your accounts

You exhibit confidence and expertise when presenting
You establish efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments
