Listen360 is a powerful, NPS-based customer engagement platform used by more than 50,000 businesses worldwide to perfect every facet of the customer experience. From gathering and operationalizing customer feedback to driving and responding to reviews across the web, Listen360 keeps teams focused on the key drivers of sustainable business growth and profitability. As a member of the Listen360 sales team, you will act as a trusted advisor, empowering our prospective clients to discover products that will transform their CX strategy from the ground up. You will advocate for the innovative power of our platform to make organizations more customer-centric, efficient, and profitable. You will have the opportunity to delight customers by doing what’s right for their business and providing them with proven, world-class practices for innovation. The ideal candidate for this role has a relentless drive to help brands propel their business forward and a background of thriving in a competitive sales environment. Preferably, a portion of your professional development has come from selling a SaaS product for 3+ years.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven record of quota attainment
  • High degree of confidence throughout the sales cycle
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, high energy, and a “can do” attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Have the discipline and motivation to work independently
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the franchise space is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with qualified prospects over the phone and via email
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery call through close
  • Build and maintain a sizeable pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects
  • Perform compelling product demos and sales presentations with Director, VP, and C-Level contacts
  • Light travel to trade shows and events might be required
