About The Position

The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing accounts across Office Pride’s Central Indiana service area. This position combines high-performance consultative selling, disciplined territory management, and long-term relationship cultivation. The role focuses on acquiring new recurring janitorial contracts and developing specialty service revenue opportunities such as high dusting, floor care (VCT/LVT), deep cleaning, high-reach work, disinfecting, and project-based services. The successful candidate will represent Office Pride’s brand, values, and reputation for quality, professionalism, and integrity in every customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals or demonstrate a strong work ethic and performance record
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Confidence in presenting to business professionals and decision-makers
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling commercial, janitorial, or facilities management services
  • Understanding of RFP processes, site walkthroughs, and cost-based proposals
  • Marketing or design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, or InDesign a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation Identify, qualify, and maintain a strong pipeline of decision-makers and facility leaders.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track activity, engagement, and follow-up strategies.
  • Conduct onsite facility walkthroughs to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Consultative Sales & Solutions Delivery Present Office Pride’s service offerings, technology platforms, and differentiators.
  • Develop custom proposals, pricing models, and scopes of work.
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to ensure accurate job costing and service delivery alignment.
  • Territory Management & Growth Execute the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets aligned with company goals.
  • Represent Office Pride at networking events, trade shows, and community business functions.
  • Relationship Building & Brand Advocacy Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Partner with Operations and Account Engagement teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service satisfaction.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Office Pride within assigned territories and key market sectors.
  • Professional Communication Deliver professional presentations and proposals to executive and facilities management teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of commercial cleaning standards, consumable programs, and specialty services.
