We are looking for Public Sector Strategic Account Executives who want to build — not coast. Requirements

  • EXPERIENCE & SKILLSET
  • 7+ years of enterprise or public sector sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, national security, or adjacent mission-critical domains
  • Demonstrated success selling into U.S. Federal civilian agencies, the Department of Defense, or the Intelligence Community
  • Experience managing complex federal procurement cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • CLEARANCE
  • Active U.S. Government Security Clearance required
  • Secret minimum; TS/SCI preferred depending on account scope

Responsibilities

  • DRIVE NEW BUSINESS
  • Own a named territory of U.S. Federal accounts, including Federal civilian agencies, the Department of Defense, and the Intelligence Community
  • Develop and execute your territory plan — from account strategy and prospecting through PoV, procurement, and close
  • Sell across Team Cymru’s full portfolio, including Recon, Scout, Pure Signal Feeds, and new modules such as Radar
  • Lead complex, multi-year, multi-stakeholder deals using MEDDICC rigor and strong command of the message
  • Identify whitespace, shape demand, and create new buying centers within existing and net-new federal accounts
  • OWN THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY
  • Partner with Customer Success, Threat Advisors, and Sales Engineering to ensure adoption, value realization, and expansion
  • Participate in executive-level QBRs and strategic mission discussions
  • Support renewals and expansions while maintaining long-term account health and trust
  • OPERATE WITH DISCIPLINE
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and MEDDICC hygiene in Salesforce
  • Navigate federal procurement processes, contracting vehicles, and buying motions
  • Collaborate closely with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to unlock strategic accounts
  • Bring market intelligence and customer insight back into the business to inform GTM and product strategy
