About The Position

As a Healthcare Strategic Account Executive , you will own and expand relationships with major healthcare systems, IDNs, and payors across the U.S. You will operate as a trusted executive advisor, helping healthcare leaders modernize patient experience, streamline care operations, and drive measurable clinical and financial outcomes using Crescendo’s Augmented AI solutions. This is a senior, strategic sales role designed for a consultative seller with deep healthcare industry fluency and a proven record of closing large, complex enterprise deals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience within healthcare technology, services, or SaaS.
  • Proven success selling into hospitals, IDNs, or health payors with a history of multi-million-dollar deal closure.
  • Healthcare Expertise Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, patient experience, and regulatory dynamics.
  • Executive-level network and credibility within U.S. healthcare systems.
  • Strategic Selling Skills Demonstrated mastery of consultative, value-based selling and complex buying-committee navigation.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Leadership Build multi-year relationships with healthcare executives including CIOs, CMOs, COOs, and VPs of Patient Experience, Digital Health, and Operations.
  • Develop and execute national strategic account plans aligned to healthcare transformation priorities.
  • Healthcare Solution Selling Position Crescendo as a platform for improving patient engagement, care coordination, workforce efficiency, revenue cycle performance, and clinical quality.
  • Quantify ROI through healthcare-specific metrics such as HCAHPS, patient access metrics, readmission reduction, operational cost savings, and throughput improvement.
  • Executive Engagement & Thought Leadership Serve as a subject-matter advisor on healthcare trends including AI-enabled workflows, patient journey redesign, interoperability, and digital front-door strategies.
  • Represent Crescendo at major industry forums such as HIMSS, CHIME, HFMA, Becker’s, and regional health system events.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with product, solution engineering, clinical SMEs, and customer success to ensure alignment between healthcare client goals and Crescendo’s platform capabilities.
  • Influence healthcare-specific roadmap enhancements based on enterprise market feedback.
  • Account Expansion & Growth Identify whitespace and cross-sell opportunities across ambulatory, acute, specialty, telehealth, and population health service lines.
  • Own national healthcare quota attainment, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution.
