About The Position

Procore is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our Datagrid divisions Sales Team. In this role, you’ll apply a deep understanding of Agentic AI, sales methodology, and the construction industry to acquire new enterprise customers and expand our existing base. You will focus on the most prestigious global firms that can benefit from Datagrid’s world-class platform of autonomous agents. This position's primary function is new account acquisition, driving growth through a mix of prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, and complex negotiation. You will be responsible for moving firms from traditional "manual" project management to AI-driven, agentic workflows. This position reports to a Sales Manager and is located in Austin, Texas. We’re looking for candidates to join us immediately.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of demonstrated successful software sales experience, preferably in B2B Enterprise SaaS (Construction or Engineering Tech experience is highly preferred).
  • Strategic Track Record: A proven record of quota attainment in field sales, specifically managing 9–18 month sales cycles with six and seven-figure deal sizes.
  • AI Curiosity: A strong understanding of (or deep interest in) Agentic AI. You should be able to explain how autonomous agents differ from standard automation.
  • Methodology: Expert-level experience using consultative, solution-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Force Management).
  • Communication: Exceptional executive presence and the ability to develop trusted relationships with decision-makers at the largest firms in the built world.
  • Operational Rigor: Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and the ability to build and manage a sophisticated pipeline.
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Execute Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic territory and account plans to achieve revenue targets within the global construction and engineering sector.
  • C-Suite Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CEOs, CTOs, and COOs. You must have the executive presence to lead high-level AI transformation discussions.
  • Consultative Solution Selling: Utilize consultative selling techniques to articulate the value of Agentic AI - moving beyond features to show how autonomous agents mitigate risk and improve project margins.
  • Negotiate and Close Complex Deals: Manage full sales cycles, craft Strategic Mutual Action Plans, source and complete RFPs, and negotiate multi-million dollar contracts.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Legal and Deal Desk teams for efficient deal structure. Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from "vision" to "deployment."
  • Partnering / Co-Selling: Work with Systems Integrators and Construction Management Consultants to drive account planning and growth within the enterprise ecosystem.
  • Forecast Excellence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts in Salesforce providing leadership with detailed reporting on trends and pipeline health.
