We are seeking an experienced and v isionary Strategic Account s Director to lead the enablement and optimization of treatment s ites delivering our transformative CRISPR therapy to patients. Reporting to the S enior Director , S trategic Accounts Team Lead this role will lead a new team of 6 to 8 strategic account liaisons who will profile and prioritize tr eatment sites pre-launch including stakeholder mapping, capabilit y and capacity assessments, and developing care pathways supporting the patient to product journey. Following launch, this role will ensure this team leads treatment pull-through including procurement, delivery, and administration of therapy. T he ideal candidate brings a strong background in treatment site activation , cross-functional leadership, and a passion for building infrastructure that supports patient access to one-time therapies .
