About The Position

Join our team as a Storyteller, capturing stories in a variety of formats to bring our technology innovation to life. Turn complex concepts into clear, compelling designs for diverse audiences. As a storyteller and technology marketer in Compliance, this role turns complex engineering and data initiatives into compelling stories that inspire action—showcasing how our technology unlocks business value, elevates customer experiences, and advances our strategic priorities. You will partner with product leaders, engineers, and business stakeholders to uncover the “why,” shape the “how,” and craft the “so what,” ensuring our technology stories resonate across audiences and channels. You will own end-to-end digital content creation—planning calendars, developing multi-format assets (infographics, creative articles, videos, motion graphics), and iterating based on engagement analytics. Strong digital design capabilities are essential, including visual storytelling, brand-consistent layouts, and data visualization that clarifies complex concepts. The ideal candidate brings fluency across modern content tools and platforms, an eye for narrative structure, and the ability to tailor messages for executive, technical, and non-technical audiences while adhering to brand and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing design for products and platforms.
  • Experience creating content architectures and applying storytelling to design high‑quality designs.
  • Demonstrated application of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design.
  • Experience with iterative design, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient technical literacy in content platforms and how they impact user experience.
  • Adaptive learner with familiarity across financial services products and offerings.

  • Translate research into compelling narratives and executive‑ready artifacts (infographics, creative articles, videos, motion graphics); synthesize qual/quant data into clear, actionable findings with visualizations.
  • Connect user insights to brand positioning and go‑to‑market strategy to ensure UX aligns with brand objectives.
  • Lead rapid prototyping and iterative testing; facilitate cross‑functional workshops to turn user needs into prioritized hypotheses and product requirements.
  • Advocate and apply WCAG 2.1 AA+ across research and design; plan inclusive studies, recruit diverse participants, and partner with engineering for accessible experiences.

  • Analyze content performance metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations to optimize user experiences.
  • Coach colleagues in storytelling fundamentals, run skill-sharing workshops, and develop templates and playbooks that help teams communicate their work with clarity and impact.
  • Mentoring others—from engineers to product owners—you’ll foster a shared, repeatable approach to story-driven marketing that elevates our collective voice and accelerates adoption of key initiatives.
