The successful candidate will be a motivated, growth-oriented professional with the ability to lead multi-disciplined project teams from planning and conceptual design through final design, permitting, construction, and closeout. You will have staff to mentor and clients to support. Our skilled team of engineers, as well as our integrated operations professionals and Fiscal Solutions team, will support you in delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. You will be an active participant in our delivery system improvement programs and help lead Practice initiatives. Who are we looking for: The selected candidate will primarily lead and support the engineering on municipal stormwater projects, however experience with drinking water, wastewater, and industrial wastewater applications is valuable. This position will have an opportunity to direct and collaborate with a team of junior staff. The ideal candidate is a Technical Manager with strong experience in study, planning, and design of stormwater systems, including familiarity with a broad range of issues related to master planning, water quality treatment and flood mitigation/resiliency. Candidate will lead the technical delivery of multiple projects and must be familiar with local regulators and must also be able to support marketing and proposal efforts, as appropriate. Location: Tampa, FL Office or Hybrid (1 -2 days a week in office or on site with clients). Travel: Up to 20% of time with clients in FL. Occasional travel within US to support national Practice strategic initiatives. To name a few, projects may include: Stormwater Facility and Master Planning. Vulnerability Assessments Flood mitigation/resiliency projects. Stormwater quality treatment projects.
