Masters Degree in Civil, Environmental, Landscape Architecture or Water Resources Engineering or related field. 10-15+ years of experience in the planning, design, and permitting of stormwater management and green infrastructure (GI/GSI) projects. Demonstrated success leading collaborative delivery and alternative delivery programs for municipal stormwater and urban resilience projects (strongly preferred). Experience working in Seattle with Seattle Public Utilities (SPU), King County, and similar clients, on GI, natural channel design, or similar programs. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington State. Strong understanding of local, state, and federal stormwater regulations and permitting pathways. Excellent leadership, communication, and client facing skills. Background in sustainable water infrastructure, climate resilience, and nature-based solutions. Experience managing large, multiyear capital programs. Familiarity with Washington State Department of Ecology and local stormwater manuals. Ability to represent the organization in technical conferences, workshops, and community meetings.
