About The Position

Triangle Pond Management is seeking a full-time Stormwater Operations Technician to join our team across North Carolina. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to contribute to maintaining healthy aquatic systems. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact, apply today. This is a full-time maintenance position, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays. As our Stormwater Operations Tech, you'll manage a maintenance route using a company vehicle, inspect stormwater devices, apply herbicides to control invasive vegetation, remove aquatic plants by hand, and clear debris to keep systems functioning properly. Your work ensures compliance and protects local waterways. Requirements

  • Clean driving record and the ability to travel between job sites
  • Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or aquatics
  • Comfortable working outside in the elements for extended periods
  • Proficient with landscaping equipment (mowers, hand tools)
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test
