Join our team as an Engineer in Training (Staff Professional II/III) within our Stormwater practice area. This is a hybrid role based out of our Charlotte, North Carolina office. In this role, you will assist in the planning, design, and analysis of stormwater management systems, watershed studies, and environmental compliance projects. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers to develop technical reports, perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and contribute to sustainable water resource solutions. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience in stormwater management, flood mitigation, and drainage design. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in water resources engineering. Familiarity with modeling software such as HEC-RAS, SWMM, or similar tools is preferred.
