About The Position

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Store Supervisor to join their team in the tanning and wellness industry. This position involves a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics. The role focuses on maintaining store staff through interviewing, hiring, and development, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, and meeting sales and operational goals. Supervisors are also responsible for controlling expenses, managing daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to effectively motivate others
Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
