About The Position

Common Man Roadside Market and Deli is hiring Supervisors for their Plymouth location. This is a second-shift position, requiring work on nights and weekends. Supervisors are responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff oversight, customer service, cash management, inventory control, daily reporting, vendor relationships, store upkeep, and ensuring food safety and quality.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years experience in a retail environment
• Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including Underground Storage Tank Operator A/B and ServSafe
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to kneel, squat, bend and reach to stock shelves
• Must be able to lift/ carry packages up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Overseeing staff and training employees
• Customer service and resolution of customer issues
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer, monitoring cash over/shortage, inventory control
• Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
• Maintaining positive vendor relationships
• General upkeep and appearance of the store and grounds
• Food safety, sanitation, and quality
