About The Position

Overview Do you understand that cats and dogs are more than just pets - they're cherished members of your family? We need strong customer-service skills that would also apply to our four-legged friends. Duties include supporting team members & helping pet parents and their fur babies.

Requirements

2+ years of retail experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong sales and customer service skills are a must.
Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work flexible schedules, have reliable transportation, and must pass the drug screening (where allowed by law) and be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

Lead team members by example.
Ensure team members comply with Wag N' Wash personnel policies and procedures as listed in the Team Member Handbook.
Assign tasks while helping team members manage their time.
Place special orders, fill online orders and notify customers when orders are ready.
Complete all assignments as directed by leadership.
Reconcile cash drawers and execute end-of-day reports.
