This role contributes to the company’s success by consistently creating a positive store environment, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The Store Leader regularly exercises independent judgment and discretion in managing store functions, including staffing (hiring, training, evaluating, scheduling, and performance management), financial performance, safety, and product quality.
