Requirements

  • Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the restaurant industry, including knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Technology: Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.
  • Education: A high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus!
  • Experience: 5+ years management experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate your team to supply the highest level of guest satisfaction and top- notch product quality.
  • Execute the day in, day out operations in one of our stores.
  • Meet and succeed profit and loss goals
  • Lead, supervise, and train in product preparation, including portioning, packaging, and cleaning
  • Manage cost controls and inventory.
