About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and organized Branch Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and outstanding customer service. This role involves managing branch and warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and fostering strong relationships with customers and trade partners. The location of this position is on-site at our Marietta branch. Candidates must be located within commuting distance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of inside sales or counter sales experience
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control, forklift experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office applications
• Ability to lift 80 lbs. regularly

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the flooring industry strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools
• Leadership experience in a branch or retail environment

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day operations of the branch
• Ensure accurate inventory control and timely order fulfillment
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong business relationships
• Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Oversee branch operations, including sales, warehouse, and administrative functions
• Assist customers with purchases and order fulfillment in person and by phone
• Process, check, and receive materials into the warehouse
• Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Complete related paperwork and computer entries in accordance with company standards
• Handle cash and credit sales, and make daily bank deposits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, equipment, and merchandise
• Represent Fishman Flooring Solutions professionally and courteously at all times
