Goodwill NCW is a nonprofit organization with 28 retail stores across north-central Wisconsin, dedicated to elevating people by eliminating barriers to employment and transforming lives through skill building for sustained employment and improved financial stability. The Store Manager oversees the donation door to store floor process, ensuring proper stewardship of all donations and creating a customer-centric experience for shoppers. This role involves implementing business strategies to ensure the store meets or exceeds forecasted sales and production plans. The manager is responsible for the financial and operational status of the assigned store, including people, sales, staffing, scheduling, payroll, store growth, expenses, mission integration, budgeting, and safety.
