Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail leadership experience (bonus points if you've managed new store openings)
  • 5+ years of customer service or operations experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build strong teams, motivate, and foster a culture of accountability
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences and working with integrity
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store operations

Responsibilities

  • Lead the grand opening and daily operations of our newest retail location
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team that embodies the SAPP values
  • Create and uphold a culture of 5-Star Service where guests always feel welcome
  • Design and manage smart scheduling, promotions, and sales initiatives to meet and exceed goals
  • Oversee inventory management, collaborate with vendors, and ensure a safe and efficient environment
  • Ensure daily store operations are smooth, organized, and up to company standards for cleanliness
  • Lead by example, setting the tone for guest-first service, employee engagement, and performance
