The Store Manager position is a salaried role responsible for providing daily leadership to all positions within the store, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Manager. This role involves selecting, coaching, and developing store teammates. The position supports Monro’s vision to be America’s leading auto and service tire service centers, trusted by guests for quality automotive service and tires, by promoting products and services.
