The Assistant Manager is a full-time, hourly position that serves as a key holder and manager on duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager or when business demands require it. This role is responsible for assisting in the management of operations for an automotive retail service and repair store, aiming to meet or exceed service standards and achieve Monro’s performance and profitability goals. The Assistant Manager is also expected to ensure that all teammates provide exceptional 5-Star service to guests, effectively communicate vehicle issues and solutions, and consistently meet guest expectations for time commitments and quality.Monro, Inc. is one of the leading automotive service and tire dealers in the United States, operating nearly 1,100 auto repair shops and tire dealers in 32 states.
