This role blends business strategy, visual direction, and local brand presence, perfect for someone who thrives in both the creative and analytical sides of fashion retail. As the Store & Brand Leader, you’ll drive sales, elevate the in-store experience, and cultivate a culture of excellence among your team. You’ll represent our brand locally, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our signature style, service, and sophistication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in retail management with proven success driving sales.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of KPIs, retail math, and operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A passion for fashion and the ability to translate brand storytelling into elevated in-store experiences.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and key holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations, ensuring sales goals, KPIs, and profitability targets are met or exceeded.
• Inspire, train, and develop a motivated retail team that embodies the brand ethos.
• Deliver a luxury-level customer experience that encourages loyalty and repeat visits.
• Collaborate with HQ partners on merchandising strategy, visual execution, and local marketing opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure operational compliance, accuracy, and asset protection.
• Provide community engagement and represent the brand at local events or partnerships.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement innovative strategies to boost performance and visibility.
