As the Operations Manager, New York at Wheely, you will be a founding member of Wheely’s New York launch team and play a key role in bringing the service to market. Working closely with the General Manager, you will own day-to-day operational execution with a focus on acquiring, retaining, and ensuring quality among our best-in-class chauffeurs. You will help establish the local operating model, adapt global standards to the New York market, and ensure a consistently high-quality experience from launch. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution. You will take initiative, make data-informed decisions, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment. You will partner with both global and local teams, while building and scaling the local operations team, processes, and operating rhythms as the market scales.
