Employees in this role are regular, long-term members of the organization. While store operations are seasonal, the position itself is not temporary or contract-based. YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A STORE MANAGER As a Full-Time Store Manager at PMG Holding LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on supporting store operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will assist with coordinating daily activities, working closely with customers, and helping maintain organized inventory and warehouse operations. You'll support product flow, handle customer interactions, assist with invoicing and inventory tracking, and help ensure the store operates efficiently and safely. Collaboration with internal teams and field sales support will be ongoing, and you'll play an important role in maintaining a positive, dependable store environment. Adherence to company policies and safety standards is expected, as is a hands-on, reliable approach to daily work.
