As a Store Manager, you won't just run a store. You'll shape the culture, nurture future leaders, and directly influence how our guests experience connection, joy, and hospitality. Your leadership will help us stay grounded in our Core Values while pushing the brand toward what's next. The Store Manager oversees all aspects of store performance, including people leadership, operations, guest experience, and financial results. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable making decisions, coaching in real time, and holding themselves and others accountable. Success in this role means consistently delivering excellent customer experiences, maintaining operational standards, developing high-performing teams, and partnering closely with District Managers to achieve business goals.
