About The Position

As a Store Manager, you are first and foremost the leader of the store and tby responsible for everything that makes the store a success. It is your responsibility to create a strong team and a good store atmosp, w every staff member strives to deliver excellent customer service every single day.

• You have relevant experience from a similar role
• You have experience in maintaining operational excellence in retail stores (analyzing KPIs, scheduling, inventory management, etc.)
• You have goodmunication skills
• You are a motivational leader

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent customer service
• Leading the team daily
• Developing team members in service, product kledge, visual merchandising & operations
• Planning staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage
• Maintaining a wellanized store that is always ready for customers
• Overseeing the execution of daily operations at a high standard
• Monitoring and follow up on team and individual performance
• Recruiting new team members to support business needs
