• Supporting the Store Manager in making the store a success
• Contributing to creating a strong team & a good store atmosp, w every staff member strives to deliver excellent customer service every single day
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Always maintaining a wellanized and customer-ready store environment
• Executing daily operations to a high standard of quality and efficiency
• Monitoring and following up on team and store performance
• Developing team members in service, product kledge, visual merchandising, and operational excellence
• Recruiting and onboarding new team members to support business growth
