About The Position

This boutique is a strategic collaboration between the Leap Platform and Dick’s Sporting Goods , designed to bring a curated selection of their most premium private labels to a boutique setting. Operational excellence is central to this role. You will ensure brand standards are upheld across visual merchandising, cleanliness, inventory management, and shipment processing, while confidently managing daily operations including scheduling, payroll, and opening/closing procedures in a fast-paced environment.
