About The Position

As Location Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Rental, Service, and Parts departments—keeping everything running efficiently while supporting your team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your focus will include: Leading daily operations across Rental, Service, and Parts Managing workflow, equipment utilization, and turnaround times Coaching and developing team members across multiple functions Driving performance, profitability, and operational efficiency Monitoring KPIs and taking action to improve results Partnering with HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams Creating a strong, accountable, team-first culture Ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence

Requirements

  • Strong leadership experience (multi-department leadership preferred)
  • Ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Business mindset with understanding of performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Customer-first approach with a focus on service excellence
