About The Position

The Store Leader oversees the day-to-day operations of the store, focusing on training and developing effective store team members to achieve sales and EBITDA results. This role is responsible for coaching and developing all store team members and demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Ruler Foods, which merged with The Kroger Company in 1999, serves customers in 48 stores across Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Ohio. Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store including training and developing effective store team members to achieve desired sales and EBITDA results.
• Responsible for the coaching and development of all store team members.
• Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
