About The Position

The Store Imagery Specialist will work with a team responsible for the creation and design of the interior of the Bass Pro Outdoor World stores. This position requires a creative, artistic person who can travel extensively and has the ability and willingness to work in a construction environment.

Requirements

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Possess creative dimensional skills, planning and analytical skills and have knowledge of basic design principles.
Knowledge of basic carpentry, hand tools, and paint applications are required.
Willingness to work in a construction environment. May have to wear construction gear (hard hat/boots).
Enjoys physical work and can lift up to 75 pounds
Able to work in high places and operate aerial lifts
Possess a Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Results driven with a sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, operating with composure, impeccable discretion and sound judgment.

Excellent communication skills.
Travel required 50% or more.
Regularly walks, stands, does computer work and lifts up to 50 lbs.

Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments.
Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.

Responsibilities

Create diorama presentations and install artifacts.
Work closely with Imagery Manager to achieve Imagery design standards and maximize design potential.
Work closely with corporate vendors and contractors in the development and completion of ongoing assigned projects.
Transport supplies, taxidermy and artifacts to locations as needed
Keep the Imagery warehouse organized and stocked
