About The Position

Your Role: The Store General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, guest experience, financial performance, and compliance. This role leads by example on the floor, develops high-performing teams, and ensures every guest experience reflects that of The Pizeeria. Operational Expectation: Oversee day-to-day operations with personality and energy. Ensure a seamless and efficient flow in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a fun, lively atmosphere. Leadership: Train and motivate a team of enthusiastic team members. Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, high energy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Customer Experience: Elevate the experience for all customers by consistently ensuring the best damn service humanly possible. Financial Management: The boring stuff...we know (insert eye roll)- You will be responsible for Managing budgets, scheduling and labor optimization, monitoring sales, and implementing cost control measures. Work closely with our in-house buyer (Frank, who you will love, and currently wears the fanciest gold watch you've ever seen) to ensure a consistent and high-quality supply of ingredients. Follow inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize efficiency. Quality Control: Uphold the standards of our brand (which we think is intensely and overwhelmingly awesome). Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet and exceed customer expectations Extreme Accountability: Accountability is the cornerstone of our brand. Although we never have an easy time swallowing them, we realize mistakes happen and we own them. As a GM on our team, we need you to help us normalize owning our mistakes by turning those fabulous failures into powerful and positive learning experiences to make us even better.
