About The Position

A role within Store Experience (SE) Marketing gives you the opportunity to shape how guests experience our stores through best-in-class print and signage. You’ll help drive both innovation and operational excellence at scale, impacting stores across the enterprise. As a Store Experience Print Sr. Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of print capabilities that power in-store experiences. You’ll oversee vendor management, sourcing, production optimization, and enterprise capability development—ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable print solutions. This role partners cross-functionally with teams including Procurement, Sourcing, Legal, and Store Operations to drive standardization, improve processes, and deliver against business priorities. You’ll lead key initiatives, influence stakeholders, and balance long-term strategy with day-to-day operational needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of print industry or related experience
  • Strong print expertise and vendor management skills
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence
  • Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and cost management
  • Skilled in project management and cross-functional leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective communicator with experience presenting to leadership
  • Ability to lead through change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead print vendor performance, capability assessments, and issue resolution
  • Drive signing standardization across Store Experience
  • Partner on and lead sourcing initiatives
  • Enable global operating model capabilities
  • Oversee financial forecasting, estimation, and cost optimization
  • Advance production excellence through process improvement, training, and best practices
  • Provide cross-functional leadership on enterprise initiatives
  • Lead change management efforts across tools, processes, and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with legal and patent guidelines
  • Champion print sustainability initiatives
  • Support technology roadmap development and prioritization
  • Manage owned inventory strategies
