About The Position
A fast-growing, hospitality-led restaurant group is opening a location in the Kansas City market and is seeking a Store Director to lead the business. This role has full ownership of the operation, including FOH, BOH, and bar, and is designed for an operator looking for long-term growth and potential equity participation.
Requirements
- General Manager experience in a high-volume full-service environment
- Experience leading a $10–12M AUV location or top-tier flagship store
- Strong bar and alcohol-driven business experience
- Comfortable running the business with full accountability
Nice To Haves
- Opening or major expansion experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations across FOH, BOH, and bar
- Lead hiring, training, and culture for a team of over 90 people
- Manage labor planning, scheduling, and cost controls
- Drive guest experience, food quality, and bar execution at scale
- Lead pre-opening, training, and post-opening stabilization
- Partner with ownership on performance, growth, and long-term strategy
