About The Position

This position is essential to the success of Sherwin-Williams retail stores. Customer Service Specialists engage with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide information about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. They are also responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns, ensuring high client satisfaction, staying updated on product features, and maintaining the quality and visual standards of products and the store. The role requires achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. The individual selected for this role will work at Store #3895, located at: 1051 NE 4th Ave. Ft. Lauderdale FL, 33304.
