Overview Manages Store inventory control department, Receiving, and Shipping. Develops, writes and implements SOP, prepares budget, coordinates activities and services between departments. Have a basic understanding of all Melaleuca products and services and able to articulate benefits and uses to our customers. Provide World-Class Customer Service to our customers and employees. Ensure no or minimal wait times for our customers to complete order at checkout. Responsibilities Essential Ensure we are maintaining the Melaleuca Standard in all aspects of Customer Experience. Communicate in a clear, positive and professional manner designed to educate, inspire, and motivate behavior of all store associates. Foster a positive work environment that encourages feedback and innovation, and motivate associates to achieve their maximum potential. Implement an onboarding training for all new associates to ensure they provide each customer with a World Class Customer Service experience. Ensure company standards for visual presentation, signage, cleanliness and organization are maintained. Ensure store follows all safety standards to safeguard the employees and customers. Performs training, counseling, performance evaluations and disciplining of employees. Ensures systems are operating efficiently and improves quality of services by analyzing problems, creating solutions, etc. Orders supplies necessary for the daily functions of the store. Prepares and makes store batch reports and daily bank deposits, and verifies that all tills are balanced correctly. Oversees the warehouse space by ordering and receiving sufficient products to maintain correct inventories Increase average order size by using and training employees on how to use various sales techniques. Prepares staff schedules Assembles and displays product specials and graphics in a pleasing professional presentation Ensures desired amounts of product are on the shelves by ordering and checking inventory levels and stocking as necessary Answers customer inquiries and questions with knowledgeable and professional assistance Logs customer orders accurately and courteously by inputting correct data and being familiar with all products, policies, and procedures, etc. Logs daily reports and furnishes data with Director Global Stores daily/weekly/monthly Works with staff on the floor daily and performs all tasks as necessary, while overseeing activities Logs all product returns and ensures correct amounts are delivered to the plant returns department. Performs and oversees correct input of returns data in customer file for proper crediting of customer account. Maintains a clean professional store atmosphere by cleaning, arranging, and displaying of product Prepares and ships any requested customer orders Prepares and transfers items between plant and store facilities as needed Analyzes and creates new ideas for better performance in any area as needed by bringing those ideas to the attention of the Director Global Stores for discussion and implementation. Ensures opening and closing of store is completed correctly. Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
