As a Store Communications Intern at ALO, you’ll partner closely with the Retail Operations team and key business partners on a project to ensure our store teams have easy access to accurate, current, and well‑written policy and process documentation and tools. This role is designed for a candidate who is passionate about making jobs easier for frontline teams, is a strong writer and communicator, and has a fierce eye for detail. This is not traditional technical writing - success in this role means understanding how store teams actually work and documenting processes in a clear, practical, and usable way. This role provides hands-on experience in documentation, stakeholder interviewing, and building scalable tools for global retail teams. The ALO internship program starts June 8th and ends July 31st. Interns will work 40 hours per week from our Beverly Hills HQ.
