About The Position

Store Analysts/Bookkeeping are stores and District managers' go-to for issues with (paperwork, invoices, etc.) Each analyst has 2-4 districts (20-25 stores) that they fully audit all paperwork for and are responsible for servicing.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be very detail-oriented
• Associates in accounting or related field required
• One or two years of related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Audit all areas of store paperwork including but not limited to
• Verifying Deposits
• Reconciliation of smart safes
• Analyzing any variances related to cash
• Research Lottery variances
• Communicate with Upper management and Operations team to keep them informed and aware of any variances
• Perform weekly reconciliation of all payment types including delivery services such as Door dash and fuel discount programs such as Mudflap.
