You manage daily cash handling, reconcile sales transactions, and maintain detailed records of store funds. Your responsibilities include processing deposits, balancing registers, and supporting payroll and personnel documentation. You work closely with store leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures, while also providing support at the service desk when needed. Beyond the numbers, you also play a key role in supporting store-level HR functions, helping with recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining associate files and compliance documentation. You assist with scheduling, personnel updates, and ensure that all employee records are current and confidential. Your precision, discretion, and organizational skills help keep the store’s operations running smoothly and transparently.
