About The Position

Day in the life: As a Store Administrator, you ensure accuracy and accountability in all bookkeeping and administrative functions. You manage daily cash handling, reconcile sales transactions, and maintain detailed records of store funds. Your responsibilities include processing deposits, balancing registers, and supporting payroll and personnel documentation. You work closely with store leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures, while also providing support at the service desk when needed. Beyond the numbers, you also play a key role in supporting store-level HR functions, helping with recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining associate files and compliance documentation. You assist with scheduling, personnel updates, and ensure that all employee records are current and confidential. Your precision, discretion, and organizational skills help keep the store’s operations running smoothly and transparently. What you bring to the table: You are 18 years of age or older. You have prior experience leading others. You have or are willing to obtain certifications as required. You have a willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences. Hourly Pay & Benefit Details The hourly rate [salary] for this position is $19.40 per hour; Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include healthcare, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).
