Requirements
- Have 2+ years of related experience OR related education/training (degree, certificate, military, etc)
- Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Manage parts reports, work orders, and various administrative tasks, including accurate processing of daily cash, accounts payable/receivable, and sales documentation
- Greet and assist customers both in-person, over the phone, and online with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with inventory, warranty claims, and CRM processes to maximize sales and maintain compliance with store policies and procedures
