About The Position

Leads the team in completing assigned tasks during the designated shift, ensuring efficiency and adherence to operational standards. Oversees the daily receipt and inspection of all incoming materials to ensure timely completion in accordance with the General Maintenance Manual (GMM) Ensures daily physical stock replenishment is carried out with real-time updates to the inventory database. Trains Stock Clerks on proper procedures for all relevant tasks, including—but not limited to—shipping, receiving, storing, labeling, shelf-life compliance, and handling in accordance with Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR). Monitors the unserviceable parts to ensure accuracy and timely reporting to the Repairs department. Ensuring all parts transfer and shipping requests are being worked during assigned shift and followed throughout the day to completion. Ensure all uncompleted tasks that require to be turned over is documented and conveyed verbally and in e-mail form. Work with Stores personnel to ensure parts required by maintenance is provided promptly to support the maintenance teams. Ensures all required reports—such as Shelf Life Expiry reports and audit follow-ups—are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner. Reviews all tasks performed by Stock Clerks to identify areas for improvement and provide necessary guidance or corrective actions. Perform other duties as directed by Materials Management.

Requirements

High school graduate; some college and/or technical school desirable.
Aviation experience preferred w/ background in navigating and using Inventory Management databases.
Microsoft Office experience is required, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
Proficient communication skills is a must.
Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English.
Ability to create / write routine reports and correspondence.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
