About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Stockroom – Group III team member to support inventory operations in our manufacturing packaging facility. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, inspecting, labeling, issuing parts, materials, and supplies used in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of stockroom procedures and inventory systems, be able to interpret blueprints and schematics, and work independently or collaboratively to ensure the timely and accurate distribution of materials. This role involves working in a physically active environment that is not climate-controlled, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy staying on the move and are comfortable in varying temperatures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, stockroom, warehouse, materials handling or inventory roles. Preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Hand truck and or forklift experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with UPS, FedEx Ground, or other shipping carriers is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming materials; verify counts and quality; ensure proper documentation.
  • Cycle count
  • Stock materials in designated areas and maintain stockroom organization.
  • Pick and issue parts for production work orders as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems.
  • Package, label, and prepare materials for shipment or transfer to production.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor.
  • Interpret blueprints and schematics to identify and locate parts.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Adhere to all safety and operational procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
