As our Assembler III, you will have the leadership responsibility of owning the production area, including driving adherence to 5S, training, setting priorities, updating Tier 1 SQDC boards and hour-by-hour boards, and maintaining Kanban integrity. You should have advanced knowledge of hand tools used to perform automated testing and verification during the manufacturing process. You will lead teams in production of low complexity/high volume to high complexity/medium to high volume assemblies and products according to specific work instructions or documentation provided to prep, build, test, and package precision measurement and electro-mechanical instruments used to monitor or measure characteristics of liquid. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This role is essential for recognizing and reporting potential process errors or disturbances to leadership. Assemble parts or products using hand tools and power tools such as box and crescent wrenches, soldering iron, potting dispenser, microscope, screwdrivers, rivet gun, arbor press, spot welder, and multi-meter. Trains other Assembly Operators. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
