Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, stockroom, or logistics preferred.
  • Forklift certification and OSHA training may be required depending on the role.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or RFID technology is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Unpack, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists or purchase orders; report discrepancies or damages.
  • Sort, label, and store items in designated locations using methods like FIFO; maintain stockroom layout.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories; update inventory records in ERP/WMS systems; track stock movements and discrepancies.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare material for shipment or internal distribution; create shipping documentation and stage orders.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels and variances; communicate stock shortages or overages to supervisors; collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams.
  • Keep the stockroom clean and organized; adhere to safety procedures for handling materials; dispose of packaging and damaged items per company policy.
