Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Receiving & Inspecting Unload trucks, containers, and pallets; verify quantities and inspect for damage against purchase orders. Log and document incoming shipments in inventory systems. Material Movement & Storage Use forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and cranes to move goods within the facility. Place items in designated storage locations and ensure proper stacking, bracing, and labeling. Order Picking & Shipping Prep Pick, pack, wrap, label, and stage items according to orders and shipping schedules. Prepare documentation such as bills of lading, work orders, and shipping labels. Inventory Management Conduct cycle counts and full inventory audits; track stock levels and report discrepancies. Coordinate with supervisors to maintain optimal inventory flow and prevent shortages. Equipment & Workplace Maintenance Perform routine inspections and basic repairs on material-handling equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; dispose of waste properly. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED (often required) Forklift certification or eligible for in-house training. Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred. Optional certifications in logistics or supply chain management not preferred. This is a 1st shift position, hours 7:00am-3:30pm.
