About The Position

HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is looking for a Stockroom Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a Stockroom Clerk, you’ll be responsible for receiving and storing materials, verifying part numbers and quantities, organizing inventory, and issuing materials, parts, and supplies that support our production and repair teams. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that components are properly tracked and stored according to industry regulations and company standards. The clerk will also assist with periodic cycle counts and ensure stockroom cleanliness and organization. This position requires close attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or stockroom operations (aerospace or manufacturing experience preferred)
  • Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software or ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand or walk for extended periods, and operate material handling equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to follow written procedures and adhere to company policies and safety standards

Nice To Haves

  • aerospace or manufacturing experience preferred
  • experience with inventory software or ERP systems is a plus
