About The Position

Primary duty is SMT trolley set up only. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to read, follow and understand detailed and complex work instructions. Must be able to work with your hands, all day, with dexterity. Must be able to stand at a workstation all day. Must be able to put parts on feeders, and then on the trolley in the correct slots. Must learn to troubleshoot equipment and tape issues. Must perform "splicing" of parts together in the correct format. Fill out paperwork and sign off on all required areas, legibly. Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required. Ability to work on repetitive tasks with repetitive motions daily. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written. Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining complete accuracy. Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently. Must verify (audit) the work of others. Must be able to accept constructive criticism and feedback about performance. Must be able to learn new tasks quickly and accurately. Must be able to stand at a workstation all day. Must pass J-STD-001 Module 1 and 6, taught on site.

Requirements

  • Must be mechanically inclined.
  • Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
  • Due to ITAR and / or CUI compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C.1324b(a)(3).
