About The Position

Primary duties include kitting work orders, issuing parts, stocking shelves, and performing inventory transactions in the computer (MRP system). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Pick, kit and issue parts to work orders. Both physically and in the MRP system. Audit others work for accuracy. Validate inventory for correct labels, identification, and quantities. Count parts physically, as well as using equipment. Move inventory both physically, as well as in the MRP system. Maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy at all times. Provide a high level of customer service to all “customers” of the warehouse. Ability to work under high levels of stress, pressure and scrutiny. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be able to do simple math calculations.
  • Experience using outlook or other e-mail platforms.
  • Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required.
  • Ability to work on highly repetitive tasks or routine duties daily.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining complete accuracy.
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently.
  • Must verify (audit) the work of others.
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Must be able to accept constructive criticism and feedback about performance.
  • Must be able to learn new tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Must be able to stand at a work station all day.
  • Must have legible hand writing.
  • Must be able to walk, crouch, reach and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Must pass J-STD-001 Module 1 and 6, taught on site.
  • Due to ITAR and/ or CUI compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C.1324b(a)(3)
  • Candidates being considered for hire must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test which include screening for illegal drugs and marijuana.
